As a Sr Account Manager here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key customer accounts, driving sales growth, and fostering strong customer relationships to support long-term business success.

You will report directly to the Sales Manager and work from our Greer, SC location. In this role, you will partner with customers to understand their business needs, develop account strategies, and deliver Honeywell solutions that create value and support customer satisfaction.

Your ability to identify growth opportunities, build trusted customer relationships, and execute strategic account plans will directly impact revenue growth and Honeywell's continued success in the market.

Manage and grow a portfolio of key customer accounts while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Develop and execute account strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives.

Build trusted customer relationships, understand customer needs, and position appropriate Honeywell solutions.

Identify, qualify, and develop growth opportunities within assigned accounts.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions, resolve customer issues, and support a seamless customer experience.

Use CRM and sales analytics tools to manage pipeline, forecast activity, and support account planning.

Analyze market trends, customer data, and competitive activity to inform account strategy and business growth.

Negotiate customer agreements and close new opportunities in alignment with Honeywell business objectives.

YOU MUST HAVE

Extensive experience in account management, strategic sales, or business development within a relevant industry.

Demonstrated success managing customer relationships and achieving sales or revenue-growth objectives.

Strong knowledge of account planning, customer relationship management, and sales strategies.

Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools.

Ability to analyze market trends and customer data to identify and pursue business opportunities.
